3 Month Program

  • Custom 12-week training plan based on client goals (strength, weight loss, performance, etc.).

  • Exercise video demos & instructions for each movement.

  • Progress tracking templates to monitor improvement.

  • Email support (biweekly check-ins) for minor adjustments.

  • No live coaching or video analysis.​

   * Best for clients who can follow a structured plan with minimal support.

Online Coaching Program

3 Month Program

  • Custom training plan delivered biweekly (adjusted based on progress).

  • Weekly check-ins (via email, text, or voice message).

  • Progress tracking & workout modifications as needed.

  • Video form reviews (2-4 per month) for feedback on movements.

  • Access to a coaching platform (Trainerize, etc.).

   * Best for clients who need ongoing support, adjustments, and accountability.

Hybrid Coaching Program

3 Month Program

  • Everything from the Online Coaching Program +

  • 2 live coaching calls per month (30-45 minutes via Zoom for movement assessments).

  • Priority messaging access for quick support.

  • Exercise progressions & regressions tailored weekly.

 

   * Best for clients who need more hands-on coaching and live check-ins.
